Ngoc Trinh Crowned Miss Vietnam International 2011



Ngoc Trinh has just been crowned Miss Vietnam International 2011 at the Carpenter Performing – Long Beach, California. She also won the two fast-tracks: Best in Swimsuit and Miss Asia. Ngoc Trinh will received the prize of up to 40.000 USD (30.000 as the winner and 5000 each for the fast-track). Ngoc Trinh is 22 year old and stands 1.72. She is a professional model, working for Venus. Ngoc Trinh became a model at the age of 16. She won the Photogenic Prize at the Vietnam Supermodel 2007 contest. In 2007, she was the winner of the Miss Fashion pageant and the best in evening gown title at the Miss Jewelry.



Tra Ngoc Hang was the first runner-up. Nhu Thao was among the top five of the Vietnam Supermodel 2008 contest, and won the Promising Model and Best in Performing Style titles. Earlier, Thao entered the top ten of the Miss Vietnam Global 2007 pageant. Thao is also an amateur actress in some TV series.

Luz Vasconcellos, Miss Pernambuco, is the winner of the first Miss Creativity fast-track event. The 34 candidates walked the runway with stunning cotumes crated under the theme “Italy in Brazil”.

Miss Rio Grande do Sul was 2nd, and Misses Piauí and Santa Catarina tied in 3rd place.

Juceila Bueno was crowned Miss World Brazil 2011 or Miss Mundo Brasil 2011 on 13th August 2011 at the Hotel do Frade in Angra dos Reis.

Juceila is 22 year old and stands 1,80 m-tall. She was Miss Rio Grande do Sul.



The 1st runner-up was Miss Sergipe, Mariane Silvestre, who will represent Brazil in Miss Supranational 2011 [??];

the 2nd runner-up was Miss São Paulo, Ana Cecília Cunha, who will compete in Miss Global Beauty 2012, in Korea.















Juceila will represent Brazil in Miss World 2011 in London, England on November 6.

Miss Mundo Brasil 2011 ANGRA DOS REIS, Brazil - Juceila Graziele Bueno (22; 1.80m; Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul) was crowned Miss Mundo Brasil 2011 at the Hotel do Frade in Angra dos Reis. She will represent Brazil in Miss World 2011 in London, England on November 6. Mariane Silvestre (Sergipe) was the first runner-up and Ana Cecilia Cunha (São Paulo) was the second runner-up. Mariana Bathke (Santa Catarina) and Kessia Thaiene Cortez (Rio Grande do Norte) completed the Top 5.





Before the pageant, seven fast tracks events were held to select some of the semifinalists. The fast tracks were Beach Beauty, Best Model, Sports, Talent, Creativity and Popularity. Luz Vasconcellos, Pernambuco, won the Miss Popularity award after winning an internet voting sponsored by UOL.



Paula Helwanger, Ilha dos Marinheiros, won the Beleza com Propósito Brasil 2011 (Beauty with a Purpose Brazil) award. Her project consisted in bringing medical and dental care and important supplies for children and elderly living in one of the poorest regions in the country located in the state of Piaui.Camila Serakides, Tocantins, won the Miss Talento 2011 (Miss Talent) award. She danced a theme from Michael Jackson. Mariana Bathke, Santa Catarina, won the Beach Beauty Brazil 2011 award Mariana Albuquerque, Mato Grosso, won the Miss Esportiva 2011 (Miss Sports) award.
